New Members to Carmel
On November 06, 2025, the Carmelite Family in Mira Road rejoiced as two OCDS communities welcomed new members into the Teresian way of life. During the Evening Prayer and Meeting, the St Joseph OCDS Community admitted Mrs Agnes Corda into the Novitiate, while Mrs Rita Matthews, Mrs Celine Gonsalves, Mrs Anita Machado, and Mrs Philomena Olivera were received into the Aspirancy.

On the same occasion, the St Elizabeth of the Trinity OCDS Community also celebrated the admission of Mrs Susan D’Souza, Mrs Fatima Fernandes, Mrs Keya Gomes, and Mrs Vaishali Raphose into the Novitiate. Additionally, Mrs Teresa D’Souza, Mrs Sudha D’Souza, Ms Marissa Britto, Ms Merryn D’Silva, and Mr Wilson Miranda began their journey in the Aspirancy.
