Baptism and Celebration of Patron’s Feast
The third batch of baptism took place in the Parish of St. Martin of Tours Mpandagindo, Songea. A special permission was obtained from the Bishop to baptize all the children who were born outside the wedlock. It was incorporated into celebration of the Feast of St. Martin of Tours, the Patron of the parish, which was supposed to be on the11th of October. There were novenas in preparation for the feast. Dn Raymond Sangu OCD from Morogoro preached for the novena for five days. Fr. Elius Malale OCD parish priest of Malolo presided over the festive mass.
