A NEW SEASON! A NEW BEGINNIG!
The First Sunday of Advent, Nov.27, 2016 was well celebrated at St. Aloysius Parish, Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. The Liturgy at 11am Mass was organized by the teaching staff and kids of St. Timothy School, Kitchener, one among the three schools coming under the pastoral care of this parish. About 30-40 kids participated in the children mass. Fr. Jerome Mascarenhas, Pastor of the Parish, presided over this mass which began by lighting the Advent Candles and preached a meaningful homily on waiting for Lord’s Coming and preparation for the solemn celebration of Christmas. The creativity in homily indeed kept the kids awake! May these kids and their families be blessed by the Lord.
