Blessing of the Social Apostolate Archives
On October 19, 2024, the blessing of the Social Apostolate Archives took place at Carmel Bhavana, Huvina Hadagali. The blessing rite was conducted by Fr. Silvestre D’Souza, Provincial Superior. Present at the ceremony were the community friars—Frs. Denzil Veigas, Superior, Victor Pais, Anil Prashanth Lobo, and Bro. Vinod Herald Pais—along with the boarding boys and the sisters of Assisi Convent.

Following the blessing, Fr. Provincial congratulated Fr. Denzil on the establishment of the Social Apostolate Archives and encouraged him to document the social works undertaken across the province, as Hadagali serves as a hub for social apostolate. Fr. Denzil expressed his gratitude to the Provincial for imparting God's blessing and thanked Fr Joachim Rodrigues, Prov. Councillor for Apostolate and Fr. William Miranda, Secretary for Social Apostolate, for their support and encouragement. The ceremony concluded with the distribution of sweets to all present.
