Mr Johnson, maternal uncle of Br. Stin George (First Year Theology) passed away on 8/9/2022 on account of cancer. He was our ex-Carmelite and the companion of Frs. Prakash Tauro, Anil Vegas Roshan Lobo, Jeevan Almeida, Ivan D’Souza and Vinod Lobo.

Our benefactor, Mr Baptist Dsouza, aged 83 years expired on 16th August 2022. He hailed from Permannur. He was a benefactor of the Mangalore Monastery and was the sponsor of Fr Wilson Tauro.

Fr. K. J. Michael SMM, aged 74, the brother of Sr Elizabeth of Baroda Carmel, breathed his last on 19/12/2021 at 03-15 pm. His funeral was held in Bengaluru on 21 December 2021.

Sr Catherine of Christ, aged 84 years, belonging to Cape Town Cloistered Carmel community breathed her last on 5 December 2021.

Princeton Sequeira (aged 2), the nephew of Fr Ronald Sequeira passed away on 17th November 2021 after struggling 75 days in the ICU at the Hospital. The funeral mass was held on 18th November at 3:30 pm at Infant Jesus Church Vamadapadu.

Mr. Nicolaus Alexander Mushi (38) the younger brother of Fr. Edwin Mushi OCD (Tanzania) breathed his last yesterday at 9 Pm (12th November 2021).

Sr Agnes Mary (aged 93), from the Sisters of Precious Blood, died on 7th November 2021. She belongs to a cloistered community, that arranges sponsorship for our seminarian's education, through the Missionary Rosebushes of St Therese program.

Mr James Petro, the father of Bro. John Petro (Studying in III year of Philosophy in Tanzania), breathed his last on 19th October 2021.

Mrs Monica passed away on 9th September, after her newborn baby died shortly after delivery the previous day. Mrs Monica is the sister in law of Sr Christine of the Precious Blood (Bangalore Carmel).

Mrs Monthine Rodrigues (83), beloved Mother of Fr. Wilfred Rodrigues expired on Friday, 25th of June at 12.45 am. The funeral was held at Lady of Vailankanni Church, Farla at 4.30 pm.

Mr Regan Moonswamy, our benefactor from South Africa, who was part of a group sponsoring the philosophy studies of our brothers at Pushpashrama died after ailing with covid for some time on the 21st of June 2021.

Mr. Timothy Fernandes (ex Carmelite) from Vaddem, Socorro, Goa expired on 11th June 2021 after succumbing to Covid 19. After our gathering at the beginning of this year, he was in constant touch with us. Recently he released his drama "Chear dis late" and we hoped to stage a performance in Margao.

Mrs Anna, mother of Sr Maria Assumpta of Bengaluru Cloistered Carmel passed away on 10th May 2021 in Tamilnadu. She was 97 years old.

Rajnikant from Gujarat who was with us in Carmel till the Novitiate breathed his last today due to Covid 19 on 8th May 2021. His brain was affected due to this virus and eventually he was paralysed. He was in the hospital for the past few days. In the year 2013 he joined the Carmelite Order and after his Postulancy entered the Novitiate. He left the Order during the Novitiate. He was just 31 years old.

Mrs. Benedicta Moras (aged 88), the mother of Fr Henry Moras, expired on 15th of June 2020, at around 11.15 p.m. The funeral was held the same evening with close family members at Infant Jesus parish, Vamadapadav, at 6.00 p.m on account of restrictions due to Covid-19 pandemic. She was in coma a few days back, but just yesterday felt much better and was discharged from hospital.

Most Rev. Camillo Ballin expired after suffering from cancer on 12th of April, 2020. He was appointed the first non- Carmelite as Vicar Apostolic of Kuwait in 2005. Later it was reorganized in 2011 as Vicariate of Northern Arabia (Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia).

Mr Maximilliano Gonsalves (the first cousin of Fr Israel Gonsalves OCD), who had met with an accident around two weeks ago, succumbed to his injuries, on 3rd of April, 2019. Mr Anthony Castellino was a dear benefactor of Pune Carmel who welcomed our Cloistered Sisters to his house, when they first landed in Pune. They continued to stay there for around 6 years. Even after our Sisters moved to the present location, he and his family maintained close ties with them and were of great help. He passed away on 25th of February, 2019.

The aunt (mother's younger sister) of Fr. Roshan Lobo OCD (Rome-Tanzania) Carmen D'Souza aged 71 passed away last night (3rd December, 2014) around 11:30. She belongs to Fajir parish, Mangalore. She was ill for about a month. The funeral is scheduled today, 4th December, 2014 at 3:30 p.m in Fajir.

Rev. Fr. Benito Goya the President of Teresianum in Rome died due to heart attack on 7^th of   June, 2008. As the President of Teresianum, he was also the president of Dhyanavana and Dhyana Sadana, our Spirituality Institutes in Mysore.

Mrs. Josephine the younger sister of Sr. Ines (Bogadi Carmel) who was suffering from cancer, passed away on the 17^th June 2008.

Mr. Paulose, the brother of our dear Sr. Margaret, (Bunda Carmel) expired on 25^th June 2008 in Jerusalem due to a massive heart attack.

Mrs. Magdeline Pinto (92 yrs), the grandmother of Br. Deepak Pinto who is doing his Theology in Rome expired on the 14^th of March at 3.00 p.m. The funeral was held on the 15^th of March at 4.30 p.m. at St. Antony’s Church, Fermai, Mangalore.

Mr. Chinnaswamy (72 yrs), the loving dad of Fr. Jacob C. passed away on the 14^th of March 2008. He was suffering of cancer for a quite long time. He was laid to rest on the 15^th of March at St. Ignatius’ Church, Begur.

Mrs. Olympia Carvalho (86 years), the maternal grandmother of  Br. Noel D’cunha (First year philosophy, Mysore) expired o 11^th March, 2008 and was buried the following day at Orlim parish, Goa.

Mrs. Teresa Braganza (84 yrs), eldest sister of Sr. Rita of the Immaculate Heart of Mary (Chicalim Carmel) left for her eternal reward and was laid to rest on 26^th January 2008 at 4.00 p.m. in Pune.

Mr. Blasuis D'Souza (former minister in the government of Karnataka), who is the brother of Mother Agnes (Prioress, Pune Carmel) and Sr. Margaret Mary (Mangalore Carmel) breathed his last on 26^th January 2008 at UMC hospital, Mangalore. He would be completing 70 years on 22^nd February this year and the family had planned a special celebration. For quite sometime he was undergoing dialysis because of kidney failure.

Mrs. Mary Mascarenhas (75 yrs), the aunt of Fr.  Jerome Mascarenhas (Jagalur) expired after a heart attack on 17^th January 2008. The funeral was held on the next day at Venoor Parish Church.

Mr. Vincent Paul D'Silva (76 yrs), the elder brother of Fr. Isidore D'Silva (Rome) expired on 10^th January 2008. The funeral was held at Paldane on 12^th January.

Mr. Joe Pereira, (64yrs) eldest brother of Sr. Soccorro, (Baroda Carmel, now helping Bombay Carmel) passed away on the 9^th of January 2008 after having suffered much. The funeral was held at Bandra Church.

Mother Teresa of Jesus from the Carmel of Tiruvalla slept in the Lord on 31^st December 2007 at 10 p.m. She was the Aunt of  Mother Mary Anne of Jesus (Prioress of Bangalore Carmel).

Mr. Victor Pereira (91 yrs) beloved father of Sr. Luiza, (Mumbai Carmel) passed away on the 30^th of December 2007 at his residence in Sandor, Vasai.

Mr. Felix D’Souza, the elder brother of Sr. Eliza (Bogadi Carmel) passed away on 18^th December 2007. He was ailing for some time with heart trouble. Another brother had gone to his eternal reward a few months back, on 2^nd October, 2007.

Mr. Joseph (72 yrs), the dad of Sr. Elizabeth (Bunda Carmel) and Sr. Mercy (Hassan Carmel) expired on the 15^th  of December 2007 of cardiac arrest. The brother of these sisters, who was a Deacon (CMI) was ordained a priest on January 2, 2008.

Rev. Sr. Faustin (BS), aged 79 years, the elder sister of Fr. Walter D'Souza’s (Ryshivana) mother expired on the 5^th of December 2007 due to heart attack. She also was a bit sickly. She was laid to rest on the 7^th of December 2007 at 3.30 p.m. at Bendore parish.

Br. Felix Malya’s (II year theology, Tanzania) mother, Mrs. Mary (70 yrs), was called by the Lord, on the 3rd of September 2007. The funeral was held on 7th of September 2007 and she was buried in the family property as per the local custom, in her native village of Mkombole.

Mr. Ignatius John Fernandes, aged 72 years who has been the watchman of our Mira Road parish since its inception expired on 19th of June after a massive heart attack. Around 200 parishioners gathered for a solemn funeral in the parish.

Mrs. Brigith Nazareth, the grandmother of Br. Ajay Nazareth (Theology Student residing at Anubhav, Mumbai) passed away on the 19th of May 2007 and was laid to rest on the 20th of May at St. Joseph Church, Miraroad. She was 86 years old.

Mr. Alexander and Mrs. Mary Kala, the uncle and niece of Br. Joseph Pinto (II year theology, Mangalore) passed away on the same day – 19th of May, at Tumkur.

Rev. Fr. Gerald Deeson, the parish priest of Hillton, Perth, Australia, where Fr. Joe Cardozo is residing for his studies expired on 18th May 2007, due to heart attack. Fr. Joe describes Fr. Gerald Deeson as a very loving and helpful person.

Mr. Assumçao Almeida (80), the bro-in-law of Fr. Jerome Braganza, completed his earthly sojourn and was called for his eternal reward.

The sister-in-law of Fr. Felix Silva, Eluminda Mascarenhas (60 years), from Benaulim, Goa, expired after a prolonged illness.

The grandmother of Br. Vinod Lobo (II year theology, Mangalore) who suffered from paralysis and was bed ridden for nearly ten months, wall called by the Lord on 1st May and the funeral was held at Madanthyar parish.

Mr. Simplicio Cardozo, the dad of Fr. Joe Cardozo expired on 27th if April 2007. He was highly diabetic and was very serious for 3 days. The funeral was held after Fr. Joe arrived in Goa, on 3rd May, with a mass at the nearby Zhorivado chapel.

Mr. Albert D'Souza, the father of Fr. Joseph D'Souza (Tanzania) expired on 4th April after prolonged illness. He was laid to rest on Easter Sunday, 8th April, 2007 at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, Amembal - Mangalore.

Mrs. Hendriquetta D'Costa (50 years) the elder sister of Fr. Mario Fernandes, died in tragic circumstances during an operation for gall bladder stones. This is another blow the family received after the demise of another sister last year. Fr. Mario Fernandes flew from Canada - where he is presently serving - for the funeral that was held on 28th March at Our Lady of Succour Church, Carmona - Goa.

Mr. Jesus Lopez Perez, the father of His Excellency Pedro Lopez Quintana, our Apostolic Nuncio in New Delhi, expired on 23rd March 2007 in Spain.

Mrs. Alice Rodrigues, the sister of Fr. Gregory D'Souza passed away on 9th March, 2007, the same day as our own Fr. Richard Castelino left us for his heavenly abode. Since they had to wait for the arrival of her children, the funeral was held only on 15th March at Most Holy Saviour Church, Agrar, Mangalore.

Mr. Gregory Lobo, the father of Fr. Francis Lobo passed away after suffering from cancer on 28th Febraury, 2007, in a hospital at Mumbai. The funeral was held on 1st March at Immaculate Conception Church, Gangoli - Mangalore.

Mrs. Mary Mendonca, the sister-in-law of Fr. Canute D'Souza, died after succumbing to burn injuries on 1st February. She was laid to rest at St. Michael's Church, Manickpur in the Diocese of Vasai on 2nd February, 2007.

Mr. Daniel Agapito Diniz, brother of Fr. Edwin Diniz (Rome) expired on 24th January, 2007. He was suffering from throat cancer. The funeral was held the next day at Holy Cross Church, Santacruz - Goa.

Mr. Ignatius Rebello (80 years) the father of Fr. Peter Rebello was called to his eternal reward on 7th January, 2007. He was paralyzed for nearly two years and was quite serious for 2 days before his demise. The funeral was held at Holy Cross Church, Byndoor on the following day.

Mrs. Stella D'Souza from Madanthyar, mother of Br. Joel Falleira (1st year philosophy, Pushpashrama - Mysore) who had been ill, suffering from cancer, expired on 2nd Jan. 2007 and her mortal remains were interred on the following day at Sacred Heart Church, Madanthyar.

Mrs. Pauline Lobo (67 years) mother of Fr. Maurice D'Souza and sister of Fr. Patrick Lobo breathed her last after a massive heart attack on 28th Nov. Her mortal remains were laid to rest at Holy Family church, Omzoor on 1st Dec.

Most Rev. Joseph D'Silva, the Bishop of Bellary passed away on 17th Nov. after a prolonged illness, at St. John's Medical College, Bangalore. The funeral was held at Bellary Cathedral on 18th Nov. We remember him dearly for all his paternal support in establishing our presence in the Diocese. His last visit to Hadagalli was for the feast of Our Lady of Mount Carmel last July.

Mr. Amancio Socrates D'Souza (87 years), dad of Fr. Silvestre D'Souza was called by the Lord for his eternal reward on 12th Nov. 2006 after a sojourn in the hospital marked by pain and suffering. Most Rev. Raul Gonsalves, Archbishop-Emeritus of Goa and Daman, presided over the funeral Mass and conducted the last rites on 13th Nov. at Holy Trinity Church, Nagoa, Bardez - Goa.

Mr. Zacharias Ribeiro, brother of Fr. Donath Ribeiro (Italy), expired in Saudi Arabia of a massive heart attack on 10th Nov. The funeral was held at Holy Cross church, Kulshekar on 19th Nov.

Mr. Sebastian Devasia, 47 yrs, beloved brother of Sr. Mary of the Eucharist (Bangalore Carmel) and Sr. Anne Mary of the Child Jesus (Bombay Carmel), breathed his last on 8th Nov. after a fatal accident while travelling by car, in his native, Kerala. He leaves behind his wife, daughter and two sons.

Rev. Fr. Jose Mary Shenoy (Diocese of Mangalore), the brother of Fr. Michael Morris Shenoy, expired on 14^th October, 2006. His funeral was held at the parish he was presently serving: St. Joseph’s Church, Kota, where he was later laid to rest. He brought to completion the building work of the new edifice which was begun when Fr. Wilfred Frank, OCD was parish priest. Besides the Bishop of Mangalore and a number of priests, there was also the Bishop of Gulbarga, who he had accompanied to the seminary while he was assistant Parish Priest at Kirem, soon after his ordination.

Rev. Fr. Andreas Maftaha, Vicar General of Morogoro Diocese was called by the Lord for his eternal reward on 8^th Sept. 2006. He received the first batch of Carmelites at the Dar Es Salaam airport, and remained a good friend all through.

Most Rev. Justine Samba, Bishop of Musoma who invited our cloistered sisters to Tanzania, died in the first week of September, 2006.

Rev. Bro. Alexander Nelliparambil, OCD (74 years) of Manjummel Province slept in the Lord on Sept. 7, 2006.

Mrs. Eliz D’Souza (86 years), grand mother of Fr. Oswald Crasta and Bro. Rovel D’Souza, expired on Sept. 6, 2006.

Rev. Fr. Salvadore Lobo, sj (69 years), who has taught most of the priests of our province, as professor of Moral Theology at St. Joseph’s Seminary, Jeppu, passed away after a massive heart attack on Aug. 30, 2006. The funeral was held on the following day.

Adv. Assunçao de Braganza, first cousin of Fr. Jerome Braganza, passed away on 21^st Aug. 2006. The funeral was held at St. Jerome’s Church, Mapusa on the following day.

Mrs. Amy Fruto D’Souza (85 years), the sister of Mother Agnes Mary (Andheri Carmel) passed away on 20^th August, 2006 in a hospital in Goa, where she was admitted in the I.C.U. for fracture in the skull and internal hemorrhage due to a fall she had the previous week on account of high BP. The funeral took place on 21^st August in her home parish, Pilerne–Goa.

Fr. Alexander Braganza (presently serving our parish in Empoli, Italy) who had come to celebrate the first death anniversary of his father, was already in Mumbai, ready to fly back to Italy, when he received the news of the demise of his sister Mrs. Juliana Braganza on 18^th Aug. 2006.  He could rush to Goa in time for the funeral on 19^th Aug. and then air-dash back to Mumbai to board his flight to Italy. Mrs. Juliana was ailing for some time.

Mrs. Amy Pais, the beloved mother of Fr. Wilfred Pais (a missionary in Tanzania), completed her earthly sojourn on 16^th August, 2006. The funeral was conducted on the same day at Madanthyar parish. Fr. Patrick Lobo, OCD was the main celebrant at the Mass.

Mr. Ignatius Andrade, the father of Sr. Mary Agnes (Mangalore Carmel) expired on August 11, 2006 at Kemmannu, Udupi. The funeral was held on 14^th August.

Sr. Theresita’s (Cloistered Carmel, Chicalim) mother, Mrs. Edith Fernandes aged 85 years, passed away peacefully on 20^th July at Ganguli. The funeral was held two days later.

Mrs. Neeta Fernandes, wife of Mr. Oscar Fernandes (Bendore, Mangalore) who was a benefactor of our province, expired on the feast of Our Lady of Carmel, 16^th July, 2006.

Fr. Clifford D’Souza’s (Rome) dad who was seriously ill, slept in the Lord on July 13^th, 2006 and his mortal remains were interred at Bajpe on the same day.

Mario Fernandes (now in Vancouver, Canada) was called to her eternal reward after a long period of suffering due to cancer, on 3^rd July. The funeral was held at Mae de Deus Church, Saligao – Goa on 6^th July, and Fr. Mario was able to air dash to God just in time for the Mass and last rites. The Archbishop of Goa was very thoughtful in sending the Episcopal Vicar, as his representative, since he could not make it to the funeral personally  because of some previous commitment.

Fr. Jesus Castellano Cervera, professor at Teresianum, who has taught many of our fathers, died in tragic circumstances on the 15^th of June, 2006, the Solemnity of Corpus Christi. As he was closely associated with the Vatican Curia, Msgr. Pier Marini, the Papal MC presided over the funeral Mass on 19^th June. A lot of space was dedicated to him on “L’Osservatore Romano”. On the fateful day, he failed to return after a walk in the evening, and was found in a morgue the next day. He died of a massive heart attack.

Sr. Esperie (84 years) of the Bethany Sisters who was like a mother to Fr. Mari Joseph (now in South Africa), and also the cause of him joining the Carmelite Order breathed her last at Jayamahal, Bangalore on 7^th June, 2006. She hailed from Bolkunge parish, Mangalore and was novice mistress of the congregation for 11 long years. Fr. Jossey Rodrigues, the superior of Sadbhavana, participated in the funeral held on 8^th June, which was also attended by the Archbishop of Bangalore and a number of other priests.

Mr. Leo Rodrigues, the elder brother of  Br. Baptist Rodrigues expired on 26^th May, 2006. He was paralyzed for about a fortnight in Mumbai.

Fr. Richard D’Souza lost his aunt, Mrs. Cecilia Cutinha (75 years) at Kuppepadau, Mangalore on 24^th May, 2006.

Rev. Fr. P. A. Sequeira who was the last diocesan parish priest at Holy Family Church, Londa, before we took over the parish in 1982, slept in the Lord on 17^th April, 2006. He was suspected to have died of cancer. He was born in Goa in 1925 and after serving various parishes in the Diocese of Belgaum took premature retirement in 1998, and returned to Goa. Fr. John Pinto represented the Carmelites at the funeral at which the new Bishop of Belgaum was present. We specially remember him for building the parochial house, before he left Londa.

Some of our fathers may be knowing Fr. Suitbert, OCD who was in Graz monastery, Austria. He was a specialist in languages and also professor at the University of Salzburg. He expired on 3^rd April at the age of 83 and the funeral was held the next day.

Msgr. Leopoldo Pinto Lobo, brother of Sr. Maria Emmanuel of St. Joseph (Mangalore Carmel) expired in Rome on 31^st March, 2006, after a distinguished service in the Vatican Curia.

Sr. Josephine’s (Chicalim Carmel) brother Mr. Silvano Fernanes passed away on March 6^th, 2006, at 2 p.m. after a long and painful sickness at “Bombay Hospital”. He was 60 years old.

Mr. A. V. Rego, proprietor of Brilliant Printers, who have done a lot of printing: books, souvenirs and calendars for us, expired on 5^th March 2006 at Bangalore, soon after an operation. He was 62 years old. The funeral was held at Malleswaram parish and was attended by the Archbishop of Bangalore and a big number of priests. Fr. Provincial represented our province.

Mr. Ligoury Serrao, brother of Fr. Charles Serrao expired on 4^th March 2006. The funeral was held at Siddakatte parish on Sunday, 5^th March.

Mr. Gerald D’Souza (93 years), brother of  Sr. Mary Rita (Bangalore Carmel) completed his earthly sojourn and went for his eternal reward on 13^th Jan. 2006.

Mr. Hilary Menezes (87 years) elder brother of  Bro. Gregory Menezes, died on 11^th Jan. 2006. He was laid to rest on 14^th January, at Holy Cross Church, Kulshekar.

Also on January 11^th, a Carmelite friar Rev. Fr. Nilo Geagea from Lebanon left us for his heavenly reward. He belonged to the Roman province, and was serving the General Delegation of Israel, at Stella Marish Monastery, Haifa. Some of the members of our province knew him well.

Mrs. Alzeera Antao, sister-in-law of Sr. Alice (Bangalore Carmel), also passed away on the 9^th of January, 2006.

Also on the 9^th of January, Mr. Simon Raj, uncle of Bro. Joseph Pinto, expired at Korathagere, near Tumkur.

Fr. John Joseph (42 years) from the Diocese of Pune, who was suffering from a brain hemorrhage and for whom our sisters from the Cloistered Carmel of Pune has asked prayers, was called by the Lord for his eternal reward on 29^th December, 2005.

Mr. Lawrence Pinto (86 years), brother of Fr. Berchmans Pinto, expired on 19^th December, 2005 and was laid to rest at Ganjimatta on the following day.

Father of Sr. Anne Mary of the Child Jesus (Mumbai Carmel) and Sr. Mary of the Eucharist (Bangalore Carmel) passed away on the 1^st of December, 2005.

Mrs. Caitana Dias (78 years), grandmother of Bro. Ivo Dias (II year philosophy, Pushpashrama), expired on the 22^nd of Nov. 2005.

Mr. Alex Saldanha (retired Tshildar), our immediate neighbour at Carmel Hill, Mangalore, breathed his last on the 17^th of November, 2005. We are grateful to him for all the assistance he rendered to our monastery.

Sr. Emile, CSST, who was in Xellim for many years and helped our community there, passed away after a massive heart attack at Kumta, Karwar on 8^th November, 2005.

Mr. Jossey Crasta, brother of Deacon Ligoury Crasta (Margao) expired on the 7^th of Nov. 2005.

 Sr. Alda Antao (Maria Christina) who belonged to the ‘Pious Union of St. Therese’ founded by Fr. Mary Joseph, OCD and was in-charge of ‘Lar de Sta. Terezinha’, Margao, expired on Tuesday, October 11, 2005. She is the sister of Sr. Alice of the Blessed Sacrament (Bangalore Carmel). The funeral was held on October 13, 2005, at Holy Spirit Church, Margao. Fr. Walter Lobo, OCD represented our province.

Fr. Renato Rosso, OCD (a good friend and benefactor of our province from Milan, and currently serving the General Delegation of Israel) lost his sister.

Mr. Michael Britto, the father of Br. Alphonse Britto (Third year of theology, Margao – Goa) expired on 22^nd August and was interred at Virajpet cemetery, on the following day.

Mrs. Mary Kutty, the sister of Sr. Sara (Bunda Carmel – Tanzania) expired on 17^th August, 2005. She was ailing for a long time.

Mr. John D’Silva, an active member and collaborator in our parish at Vijayanagar, died of a massive heart attack during the Sunday Eucharistic celebration on 14^th August, 2005.

Mrs. Celine Tauro, mother of Br. Alwyn Tauro (Kateel parish) expired on 9^th August, 2005. She was suffering for a long time because of kidney failure. Br. Alwyn is the only son, and had just made his first profession on 20^th July, 2005.

Mr. Sebastian Lobo, brother-in-law of Fr. Vivian Menezes expired after a heart attack on 29^th July, 2005, and the funeral was held at Omzoor on 31^st July.

Mr. Mathias Pereira (46 years), the brother of Fr. Sylvester Pereira expired in Mumbai on 9^th July and the funeral was held at Andheri on 11^th July, 2005.

Mr. Alex C. M. Braganza father of Fr. Alexander Braganza (now at Empoli – Italy), passed away on 25^th June, 2005 at Merces, Goa.

Mrs. Sabina Agnes D’Souza, sister of Fr. Gregory D’Souza ended her earthly journey on 18^th May, 2005 at Fajir, Mangalore.

Miss Rosy Dias the sister of Fr. Gabriel Dias expired on 7^th May, 2005 after a long battle with cancer, which she bore patiently, at Aquem, Margao–Goa.

Fr. Donath Rebeiro’s father, Mr. Mathias Rebeiro expired on 23^rd April, 2005 and was laid to rest on 25^th April.

Fr. Joseph D’Souza’s (Amembal) mother, Mrs. Marceline Rodrigues expired on 18^th April, 2005 and was interred on 20^th April. Fr. Joseph who is studying in USA, flew to India in order to be present at the funeral.
