New Office Bearers of St Therese of the Child Jesus OCDS Community, Margao
Fr. Deep Fernandes, Delegate Provincial of the Secular Carmel presided over the first official elections of the Local Council on 29th of August, 2021. This community was formed two years ago “ad experimentum,” with its base at Lar de Sta. Terezinha, Margao. Frs. Silvestre D’Souza and Jeevan Tauro, the two spiritual assistants, were also present on the occasion.

After the due process, the following were elected for the next three years:
President: Mrs. Martha Pereira
Director of Formation: Mrs. Beliza Antao
1st Councillor: Mr. Agnelo Braganza
2nd Councillor: Mrs. Teresa Dias
3rd Councilor: Mrs. Mabel Dias Carneiro

Fr. Deep Fernandes, after seeking their consent, confirmed them in their respective offices. We congratulate the new team and pray for them.
