Ryshivana organized the year for the Consecrated people
The community of Ryshivana organized the year for the Consecrated people in a meaningful way The celebration began with the Eucharist at 11 AM. Rev. Fr. Charles Serrao, the provincial of the KG Province presided over the Eucharistic celebration. Rev. Fr. Pius James the Director of Ryshivana, Fr. Joseph dsouza, Tanzanian Missionary, Fr. Richard Saldanha and Fr. Canute Tauro from Dhyanavana, Fr. Sagaya Raj, Pallotine, Fr. Alvito, Fr. John Pinto and Fr. Jaison Tellis. The Logo of the consecrated year was unveiled by Fr. Provincial after which the traditional Lamp was lit by Fr. Provincial, Sr. Dorin, the Mother General of UFS, Sr. Shalini AC, President of CRI, and two representatives from Dhyanvana and Ryshivana community. Fr. Pius James preached the inspiring homily on the letter ‘Rejoice’ written by the Congregation for Institutes of Consecrated Life and Societies of Apostolic Life on the occasion of the year of Consecrated Life. Many religious from the various communities in and around Ryshivana partook in this meaningful celebration which culminated with the monastic meal.
