COMMEMORATION OF ALL CARMELITE SOULS
November 15, 2014: On this special day, the Carmelites of Scala, Rome along with the entire community members commemorated and prayed for our Carmelite departed members giving thanks for all that they have done and praying that they may enjoy eternal bliss in the kingdom of God. To mark this distinctive event a prayer service was conducted after the Holy Eucharistic celebration. Fr Ivan Clifford Pinto, the Superior of the community led the prayer service at the ancient Carmelite cemetery of the Roman Province. May all our dear Carmelites brothers and sisters obtain the mercy of God through the intercession of Our Lady of Mount Carmel and a sure sign of hope, consolation and admission to the courts of heaven!
