Childrens’ Day at Sadbhavana
Children’s’ day was celebrated in Sadbhavana on the 16th of November. Rev. Fr. Lawrence D’Cunha, the Councilor in charge of temporalities was the main celebrant as his B’day was celebrated on this joyous day. He preached an inspiring homily highlighting the importance of making use of the talents given by the Lord for the greater glory of God. After the communion Rev. Fr. Pius James D’Souza, the Episcopal Vicar for the Religious in Mangalore prayed for the children and blessed them. After the mass Carmel Kutam orgainized the entertaining games for the Children. Rev. Fr. Jerald D’Souza distributed the prizes to the winners. All the children and those who were present were given mouth watering sweets before they rushed back to their sweet homes.
